Logic of the Certificate and Citation Programs
The days when all formal education was completed in late adolescence have
passed. Modern technical professionals, especially in fields that are developing
as rapidly as survey methodology, need formal training in principles and
practices that form the core of how surveys and censuses are conducted. These programs are customized to appeal to different
professional staff members.
